Is the price I booked my appointment at going to change at the time of the detail?

No, usually if all details were provided, the price quoted will be accurate. However, sometimes information is missed, such as dog hair or spills from food/drinks, or if the vehicle is exceptionally dirty; in any case, the technician will talk to you and get your permission before any price increases occur. We try to be as transparent as possible and do not charge customer taxes or hidden fees.
Do I have to be there at the time of the detail?

No, someone is not required to be there during the duration of the detail, we ask that you are available via text to answer any questions a technician might have. Please be available to inspect the final product at the end of the detail, this is important to ensure customer satisfaction .
How should I prepare the car for detailing?

Please remove all personal belonging including car seats. Glove box and center console do not need to be cleared out, but will not be cleaned if not cleared out. We do not accept liability for personal belongings including paperwork, please be thorough.

No one is perfect and sometimes a technician misses a spot, it happens. Please reach out with any concerns and the technician would love to come back and fix anything that was missed; we take customer satisfaction very seriously and we want to make sure every customer is happy.
